At LeanIX, we're seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Enterprise customers in the DACH region
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Drive product adoption and ensure customer value realization
- Collaborate with Customer Success Operations to leverage best practices and tools
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry
- Fluent in German and English
- Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations
- Ability to structure and prioritize work and work of others
