Customer Success Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of customer satisfaction at Carly. With a focus on data-driven strategies, you will streamline workflows, optimize customer support processes, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will set new benchmarks in customer success excellence and the Carly customer journey overall.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams to foster a seamless and efficient workflow, ensuring an elevated customer experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and evaluate customer success performance against established benchmarks.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs in customer success processes, while maintaining close oversight of customer-related communication journeys.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer success risks to safeguard and enhance performance and reputation.
- Maintain records and deliver comprehensive reports to lead management concerning customer success changes and advancements.
- Assume responsibility for customer-centric processes and employ technology quality KPIs to enhance the overall customer experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Success role or a similar Operations-facing position.
- Enjoy providing valuable feedback to your team and actively pursuing additional insights for personal and team development.
- Excel at juggling a busy workload and supporting team members to keep things running smoothly.
- Take an active role in projects, guide peers, and eagerly tackle problems, seeking ways to improve and grow.
- Be a team player who respects and contributes to fostering a positive work environment.
- Fluency in English; German is a nice-to-have.
Carly is a cartech company improving car repair and maintenance for millions of car fans worldwide. We provide curated repair and maintenance knowledge and package it in a suitable format. With our product, customers receive actionable advice, allowing them to cover a large part of their repair and maintenance on their own, placing them back in control over their vehicles.
