At LeanIX, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate/Manager Mid-Market to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools and technologies to drive customer success and growth.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success Operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of our customer success strategy, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
