Customer Success Specialist Role Overview

MotorK, a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, is seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic German team. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer support and guidance to dealers, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our products.
  • Collaborate with clients to define their digital strategy, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, serving as the primary point of contact for all client engagements.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Evaluate dealer performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement lead-generating campaigns, leveraging best practices and successful customer strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate customers on product features, functionalities, and updates, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.
  • Share industry insights and best practices with customers, enhancing their knowledge and skills for effective use of our solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within an Automotive Dealership environment, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native level of German and English, with excellent communication skills.

Work Pattern and Location

  • Full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working pattern and potential travel across Germany.
