As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and success at Carly. We empower our customers with actionable advice, enabling them to take control of their vehicle's maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and optimize customer support processes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and evaluate customer success performance against established benchmarks.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs in customer success processes while maintaining close oversight of customer communication journeys.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer success risks to safeguard performance and reputation.
  • Maintain records and deliver comprehensive reports to lead management on customer success changes and advancements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success role or similar Operations-facing position.
  • Proven ability to provide valuable feedback, adjust work based on feedback, and pursue additional insights for personal and team development.
  • Excellent time management and team support skills, with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Able to take an active role in projects, guide peers, and tackle problems while seeking ways to improve and grow.
  • Fluent in English; German is a nice-to-have.
