Our Mission

As a rapidly expanding sales team in Germany, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a comprehensive training package, basic salary plus sales commission, and ongoing support from our EU-based team.

Your Role

  • You will be responsible for achieving sales growth and reaching sales targets for our product line in your assigned sales area.
  • Promote MedChemExpress brand and products in your sales area, fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities through regular customer visits, professional communication, and effective teamwork.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development and Marketing teams to participate in product branding and marketing events.
  • Collect local market and industry information to inform marketing strategies and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in life science, Bioscience, Biology, Pharmacy, chemistry, drug chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant working experience in the biological or biomedical or biochemical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and German is essential.
