Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at NKuber Consulting. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and attract top talent
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of the recruitment market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
