Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Business Fixnet Team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Support: Provide first-level support to customers, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a business development or account management capacity.
