Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Business Fixnet Team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our business customers in the SOHO/SME segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: You will be responsible for managing contracts with our business customers, including processing new and change orders.
  • Analysis: You will analyze current new and change orders to ensure accurate processing and monitoring.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service to our business customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Support: You will provide first-level support to our business customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Education: You should have a degree in a related field, such as business or communications.
  • Skills: You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
