Business Development Representative

Container xChange stands at the forefront of transforming global trade logistics through our innovative online platform. With a dynamic team of over 300 professionals from more than 65 nationalities, we are currently in search of a Business Development Representative focused on the Chinese market.
Role Overview- Discover and assess new sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound communications via calls, emails, and networking
- Coordinate product demonstrations with prospective clients and the sales team
- Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation
- Leverage Salesforce alongside Sales Managers for tracking and insights
- Experience in B2B or data-oriented sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to surpass goals
- Ability to take initiative, deliver outcomes, and motivate the team
- Competitive mindset with a strong ambition to achieve
- Manage daily outreach and customer interactions
- Excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Possess a natural aptitude for problem-solving, with a curious and innovative approach
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for understanding industry developments
