Strategic Sales and Analytics Director

At SharkNinja, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Director to lead our strategic sales and analytics efforts. As a key member of our global team, you'll be responsible for driving category performance, profitability, and market share through strong commercial management and effective execution of category strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve category goals
- Manage category budgets and financial performance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop commercial plans
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in category or commercial management
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities
