At the Zumtobel Group, we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success across our international markets. As Senior Sales Director DACH, you'll be responsible for managing a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative culture, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 20+ sales professionals across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth
  • Proactively analyze market trends, future needs, and growth opportunities to stay ahead of challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving customer loyalty and future sales
  • Champion customer feedback and monitor competitor activities to ensure quick adaptation to shifting market conditions
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience managing teams across sales, internal sales, and technical sales functions
  • Proven expertise in component business, service business, or comparable business models, including distribution and OEM environments
  • Solid project management experience, providing valuable support and insights into sales and business operations
  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is an added advantage
