Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at PEOPLEGRIP. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing and sales of chemically recycled PET products, identifying target markets, promoting the unique benefits of CR PET, and developing strategies to increase product awareness and market share.

Market Development for New Applications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing of PET or industries relevant to PET production, with expertise in strategic marketing or technical support for customer development. They will be responsible for exploring and developing new applications for CR PET, working to expand its use across various industries.

Value Chain Sales Optimization

The Sales and Marketing Manager will optimize and organize the sales process along the value chain, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure a seamless flow of products, and maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Market Research and Database Management

The successful candidate will conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on trends within both the PET and rPET industries, managing a comprehensive database of market data to inform strategic decisions, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates with a strong background in the manufacturing of PET or industries relevant to PET production will be highly preferred. Familiarity with the production processes and market dynamics of the PET industry is essential.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and supporting customers through strategic marketing initiatives or technical support, with a robust network within the PET industry, including connections with key players such as F&B brands and converters.

Excellent communication skills are vital for success in this role, as the Sales and Marketing Manager will need to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external business partners, clearly conveying ideas, negotiating deals, and building lasting relationships.
