Job Title: Strategic Sales and Analytics Category Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales and Analytics Category Director to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our global leadership team, you will be responsible for driving category performance, profitability, and market share through strong commercial management and effective execution of category strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve category goals
- Manage category budgets and financial performance
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize product assortment and merchandising strategies
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in category or commercial management, operations roleFluent German and EnglishStrong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and criticallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel as neededAbout SharkNinja:
