Job Title: Strategic Sales and Analytics Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales and Analytics Director to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving category performance, profitability, and market share through strong commercial management and effective execution of category strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve category goals
  • Manage category budgets and financial performance
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize product assortment and merchandising strategies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in category or commercial management, operations role
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
