Position Overview

Assecor GmbH is seeking a dedicated Sales Account Executive to enhance our sales division. In this pivotal role, you will engage with prospective clients, foster enduring partnerships, and oversee various sales initiatives. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade will be crucial in propelling our sales objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized communication strategies for outreach via calls and emails to effectively present our offerings
  • Identify and engage potential clients through diverse channels, arrange meetings, and relay client requirements to the sales team
  • Craft engaging email correspondence, while meticulously tracking information, tasks, and timelines
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to cultivate long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills to motivate potential clients and establish lasting connections
  • Ability to create customized communication based on client needs and preferences
  • Proficient in addressing objections and transforming concerns into opportunities through innovative solutions
  • Familiarity with contemporary tools and CRM platforms for effective organization and task management
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges, showcasing your persuasive and flexible approach
  • Proficient in German at a minimum C1 level
