Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks to identify potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
  • Professional Development: Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Teamwork: Provide ideas, feedback, and support to your direct peers.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales, with SaaS platforms being highly desirable.
  • Business Growth: Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency, delivering results in a timely manner.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English.
