Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for working closely with our CEO to optimize the sales process, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our CEO to continue optimizing the sales process for our market.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage your customer pipeline through active outreach and relationship management.
  • Work with customers to understand their challenges and provide solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth product demos to showcase how we solve customers' pain points.
  • Maintain great relationships with customers by providing continued support, assistance, and guidance.
  • Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and track all activity in our CRM.
  • Provide forecasts and reporting on customer acquisition and developments in the funnel.

Requirements

  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive in the sale of software in B2B, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Traits of a self-starter and result-oriented personality.
  • Hunger for growing and learning.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimum guidance.
