Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and supporting our founders in closing deals.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning to close deals and entering the full-cycle Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research potential customers and test new prospecting methods according to our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Qualify potential customers and generate opportunities for the deal pipeline
  • Make contact with key decision-makers in IT departments
  • Give a tailored Softwaregini pitch and present the product to potential clients
  • Work closely with the founders to quickly grow into a full Account Executive role and close deals with full responsibility as a lead
  • Continuously improve our go-to-market approach and develop the sales organisation
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in corporate or enterprise sales (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • Prefereably, you are an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR)
  • Open, communicative and like to talk to new people
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent proficiency in German and English
  • Good organizational skills and work independently
  • Team player
  • Experience in Pipedrive or other CRM systems is an advantage
