Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CEO's calendar and correspondence, prioritizing tasks and gathering essential information for informed decision-making
  • Anticipate and address needs related to the CEO's schedule, including pre-briefings and travel planning
  • Coordinate and organize meetings with both internal and external parties, ensuring effective communication
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO
  • Regularly maintain and update distribution lists
  • Support logistics for events, webinars, and both online and in-person gatherings
  • Facilitate the flow of internal and external communications, including drafting memos for the CEO's approval
  • Perform various office administrative tasks, including phone management, meeting coordination, HR responsibilities, and inventory management

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a secretarial or assistant capacity
  • Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint, with in-depth knowledge of Google tools
  • Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • High stress tolerance and discretion in managing confidential information
  • Genuine interest in the aviation sector
  • Committed to nurturing positive working relationships and facilitating communication within the team and with stakeholders
