ÜBER DIE POSITION:

Als **Executive Assistant (m/w/d)** zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Airbus sind Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das in einem bedeutenden Produktions- und Entwicklungszentrum der Luftfahrtbranche tätig ist. IHRE AUFGABEN IM DETAIL:
  • Terminmanagement: Effiziente Planung und Überwachung von Terminen.
  • Meeting- und Eventorganisation: Strukturierte Planung und Durchführung von Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen.
  • Postbearbeitung: Sorgfältige Bearbeitung und Priorisierung des Posteingangs.
  • Reiseorganisation: Umfassende Planung und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen.
  • Kommunikation: Professionelle interne und externe Kommunikation.
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Relevante Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil.
