Executive Assistant to the CEO Airbus Defence & Space (m/w/d)

  • 40 Stunden pro Woche - Flexible Arbeitszeiten - Arbeitszeitkonto - 30 Tage Urlaub
  • 5169,00 Euro (ERA 9a - IG Metalltarifvertrag Bayern)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Effiziente und fristgerechte Unterstützung des Vorstands und des Teams
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterleitung interner und externer Informationen an den Vorstand und das Team (Vorbereitung von Memos zur Unterzeichnung und Verteilung)
  • Pflege des Kalenders sowie Bearbeitung des Postein- und -ausgangs des Vorstands und des Teams
  • Ansprechpartner für alle administrativen Tätigkeiten, einschließlich Dokumentenmanagement und -archivierung
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen und Meetings
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationsmaterialien in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Organisation und Abrechnung von Dienstreisen sowie Kontrolle der Reisekosten der Abteilung
  • Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben im Büro (Telefon, Verwaltung von Sitzungen/Veranstaltungen, HR-Anforderungen, Ausgaben, Büromaterial)
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationsmaterialien in deutscher und englischer Sprache


Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare, gleichwertige Berufsausbildung
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den genannten Aufgabengebieten
  • Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Sekretariats- und Assistenzbereich
  • MS-Office (insbesondere PowerPoint) und Google-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache sowie der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse der spanischen und/oder französischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
