Join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH, where we provide exceptional staffing solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the CEO's schedule and correspondence, ensuring effective prioritization and information gathering for informed decision-making.
- Anticipate and define the needs of the CEO, including managing the agenda, preparing pre-briefings, and adjusting travel plans as necessary.
- Coordinate and organize meetings in collaboration with other administrative professionals, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistical support for the CEO.
- Maintain and update distribution lists for effective communication.
- Provide logistical support for events and online meetings.
- Facilitate the flow of internal and external communications to and from the CEO, including preparing memos for review and distribution.
- Handle various office administrative tasks, including phone management, meeting coordination, HR documentation, expense tracking, and supply management.
- Act as a primary contact for IT and facility management issues.
- Foster positive working relationships and serve as a facilitator within the team and with external partners.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all matters.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
