As a Working Student in Customer Care Operations, you will play a vital role in assisting our Customer Care team with their daily functions and analytical responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with experienced team members in a vibrant international setting, gaining valuable insights into the Customer Care sector and its optimization processes. This role is limited to 1 year and is based in Munich.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Customer Care Managers with daily tasks and operations
- Support KPI reporting and conduct KPI analysis
- Identify and propose optimization opportunities
- Create informational materials and guidelines for Customer Care Agents
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (minimum 4th semester) in economics, business, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension abilities
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish) is advantageous
