Business Development Executive - EU Commercial Division

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to enhance our EU Commercial Division. This role involves engaging with European Shippers, fostering robust customer relationships, and improving the overall Shipper experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients for our logistics solutions
  • Discover new market segments and deliver exceptional service
  • Sustain customer engagement and proactively tackle challenges
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to stimulate business expansion
  • Represent customer interests to influence product innovation
  • Initiate projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction

About the Division:

Amazon Freight (AF) operates as a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services across Europe, providing cutting-edge logistics solutions tailored for businesses of various scales. Within the Business Development division, your focus will be on securing new clientele in the German market and finalizing agreements with key shippers for Amazon Freight.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree
  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Fluency in written and spoken German

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Background in online marketing or technology-driven products/services
  • Familiarity with the Freight sector
