INTRODUCTION

Are you looking to join a vibrant and dedicated team? As a Business Development Executive (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role within the Peter Park organization, significantly contributing to the achievement of all sales objectives. Be the primary point of contact for our diverse clientele in the B2B and B2G sectors, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times. You will embody the values of Peter Park in every interaction, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance the visibility of Peter Park and drive our expansion in the DACH region, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Identify and qualify exciting B2B and B2G clients, inspiring them with our offerings.
  • Engage in outbound activities (emails, calls, video meetings, social selling, events, etc.) and support the conversion of the customer pipeline.
  • As a market expert, recognize trends and develop innovative strategies for generating business growth.
  • Guide our clients throughout the acquisition process, providing assistance with any inquiries.
  • Ensure high data quality within our CRM system.
  • Actively participate in internal projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the sales team and the Peter Park organization.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the Business Development team and collaborate closely with Account Executives.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, IoT/SaaS, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: listening is as crucial as speaking. Authentic presence, open communication, and personalized engagement are key to success.
  • A passion for digital products, as we at Peter Park firmly believe in the value our solution brings to every client.
  • Appreciation for independent work, high motivation, and a commitment to achieving corporate goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset: collaboration and mutual support within the team are of great importance to you. Enjoying and celebrating successes is essential.
  • Excellent German and English language skills. Proficiency in Italian and/or French is a plus.

WORK SETUP:

  • 40 hours per week (based on trust)
  • Home office policy: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
  • 100% remote work possible upon agreement
  • Location: Munich
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Team: 16 colleagues
