Seqos ist ein Family Office, das Management Buy-In Kandidaten/-innen bei der Akquisition von Unternehmen mit einem Enterprise Value von €7-50 Mio. unterstützt. Für einer unserer Portfolio Unternehmen in München suchen wir derzeit eine ehrgeizige und hochqualifizierte Person für eine Business Development Associate Rolle. In dieser Funktion wirst Du eng mit unserem Führungsteam zusammenarbeiten und dieses bei strategischen Projekten, administrativen Aufgaben und Wachstumsinitiativen unterstützen, sowohl bei unserem Portfolio Unternehmen, als auch bei Seqos Capital. Diese Position erfordert eine sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit umfassender Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und einem Interesse an Private Equity und Operations in einem unternehmerischen Umfeld.


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beaufsichtigung strategischer Geschäftsinitiativen, von der Entwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Durchführung.
  • Unterstützung des Führungsteams des Portfolio-Unternehmens bei administrativen und strategischen Themen.
  • Durchführung von Sonderprojekten und Rolle als Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsleitung.
  • Unterstützung beim Portfoliomanagement, einschließlich strategischer Planung und Wachstumsinitiativen.


Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss (oder gleichwertige Erfahrung) in den Bereichen Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Business oder einem verwandten Gebiet.
  • 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt-Management, Investmentbanking, in der Strategieberatung oder in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld (Founders-Associate o.ä.).
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Leitung strategischer Initiativen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Selbstständig, mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben und Projekte gleichzeitig unter Einhaltung enger Fristen zu bewältigen.
  • Hohes Maß an Integrität, Engagement und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.

Seqos is a new private equity model, which recruits CEO candidates for acquisition targets (EV: €10-50m). For one of our Portfolio companies, we are currently seeking an ambitious and highly skilled business development Associate. In this role, you will work closely with our executive team supporting on strategic projects, administrative assignments, and growth initiatives for the Portfolio company, as well as Seqos Capital. This position will require a diligent and result-oriented individual with a strong experience in project management and an interest for private equity and operations in an entrepreneurial setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution.
  • Assist the executive team of the portfolio company on administrative and strategic topics.
  • Execute special projects and act as a sparring partner for the management.
  • Assist with portfolio management, including strategic planning, and growth initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, investment banking, strategy consulting or a fast-paced environments (Founders Associate or similar).
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Great command of the German and English language.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, dedication, and a strong team player.
