Der Business Development Executive (BDE) ist unsere Brücke zwischen den Kundenbedürfnissen und unserem Dienstleistungsportfolio. Der BDE ist dafür verantwortlich, die Bedarfe unserer Kunden hinsichtlich des Einsatzes von modernen Arbeitsplatztechnologien mit Schwerpunkt rund um Microsoft 365 zu erkennen und zu qualifizieren. Auf Basis unseres Dienstleistungsportfolios erstellt der BDE in Abstimmung mit dem Consulting / der Delivery bedarfsgerechte Angebote zur Umsetzung des Kundenbedarfs. Erfolgsfaktoren liegen dabei in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Accountmanagern und Herstellern, technischer Expertise und Erfahrung im Microsoft 365 Kontext. Ein weiterer Erfolgsfaktor ist die Erfahrung wie wir mittels neuester Technologien höhere und bessere Produktivität erzielt werden kann.
Idealerweise bringst du entsprechende Branchenkenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Verkauf von Microsoft 365 Dienstleistungsprojekten mit. Darüber hinaus hast du eine ausgeprägte Hunting Mentalität, um neue Verkaufschancen zu generieren und diese erfolgreich zum Abschluss zu bringen.
Was verstehen wir unter dem „Digital Workplace“ ? Dieser Geschäftszweig umfasst alle Dienste im Zusammenhang mit Microsoft 365-Technologien, von Identitätsdiensten wie Azure Active Directory über Endpoint Management bis hin zu den klassischen Productivity Workloads wie Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online ect und (allen anderen Diensten dazwischen). Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt sind Sicherheitsdienste mit Microsoft-Technologien, anderen Drittanbietern und Angeboten von SOD von Jobs-Daheim.de. Das Portfolio umfasst dabei planerische Unterstützungsangebote (Advisory), Delivery
- und Umsetzungsdienstleistungen, bis hin zu fortlaufenden Managed Services, um den kompletten Lifecycle im Rahmen des modernen Arbeitsplatzes bedienen zu können.
**Das Aufgabengebiet**
- Aufbau von Beziehungen zu neuen und bestehenden Kunden und Sicherung von Neugeschäft im Bereich Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace.
- Du steuerst den gesamten Vertriebszyklus von der ersten Kundenansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss für neue Kunden. Bei bestehenden Kunden wird der Verkaufszyklus vom Account Manager eingeleitet.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gesamtstrategie und die Ziele des Kunden verfolgt und erreicht werden
- Aufrechterhaltung eines sehr detaillierten Wissensstandes über die zugewiesenen Portfolio-Elemente, um sinnvolle und relevante Gespräche mit Kunden und Interessenten zu führen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Pre-Sales Consultant / Technical Architects / Practice Leaders, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die richtigen Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickeln
- Verantwortlich für das Angebot und das Statement of Work (SoW) insgesamt und Beauftragung des Pre-Sales Consultant für komplexere Inhalte in Bezug auf die spezifische Praxis
- Feedback an das Account Management zu Möglichkeiten, den Vertriebszyklus zu verkürzen, den Umsatz zu steigern und die Marke und den Ruf des Unternehmens zu verbessern
- Leitung von Vertriebsteam mit dem Ziel Abschlüsse zu generieren (von Lead Qualifizierung über Erstellung der Vertriebsstrategie, Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung)
- Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit der operativen Ebene bis zum C-Level
- Du schreibst "CUSTOMER CENTRICITY" ganz groß
**Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten**
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als (Technical) Account Manager oder im Vertrieb technischer IT-Lösungen.
- Du hast Dir sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich modern workplace solutions aneignen können.
- Zudem kennst Du dich mit den Lösungen von Azure und M365 gut aus.
- Du verstehst den Bedarf des Kunden und sprichst auf Augenhöhe mit dessen operativen Einheiten.
- Dich zeichnen deine ausgeprägten Kommunikations
- und Präsentationskenntnisse sowie ein sicheres Auftreten aus.
- Du bringst eine sehr gute Kunden-, Dienstleistungs
- und Teamorientierung sowie Umsetzungsstärke mit.
- Du bist reisebereit.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
