Your Role

As the Director of Operational Support Services, you will oversee the cross-location management of the In-Service Support division, which includes Customer Service and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), along with disciplinary personnel responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the establishment and development of a modern service organization.
  • Define the strategy for ILS with a focus on training concepts and execution.
  • Strategically align obsolescence management to ensure long-term parts supply for the installed base.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding core and non-core ILS activities.
  • Ensure sustainable growth in the service sector through the implementation of modern service concepts such as Managed Services, framework agreements, Performance Based Logistics, and Digital Services.
  • Define service KPIs and OPIs.
  • Support the Head of Business Development in shaping and advancing the service strategy in the area of Above Water Solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • A completed technical degree combined with business administration elements or equivalent.
  • Extensive professional experience (over 10 years) in various fields such as engineering, sales, and/or services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in leading teams.
  • Strong ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
