IT Support Specialist for Workplace Services (m/w/d) – Technical Assistance at UKSH Gesellschaft für IT Services mbH

The UKSH Gesellschaft für IT Services mbH, located in Lübeck, provides comprehensive IT services for the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH), supporting top-tier medicine and research as the largest employer in Schleswig-Holstein. Our service portfolio includes the management of administrative and clinical systems, including application customization, as well as the provision of IT infrastructure, service desk, and technical support. Additionally, we offer IT services to subsidiaries of UKSH and other external clients.

Your Role
  • Engage in 2nd-level support for existing workplace hardware
  • Install specialized software and hardware in clinical environments
  • Assist in projects and relocations while adhering to established standards
  • Manage and provide support for client peripherals (printers, monitors, accessories, etc.)
  • Document tasks in the ticketing system
  • Participate in on-call duties
Your Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable IT qualification
  • Solid knowledge of Windows client operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft core services, and TCP/IP-based networks
  • Experience with ticketing systems and working in hygiene-sensitive areas is advantageous
  • Analytical skills, goal-oriented and proactive work style, and a passion for teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license class B/BE
