Korneli Unger Personalberatung GmbH is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Director for a leading company in the healthcare and social services industry based in Kiel.
As the IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of this organization. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and management of all IT operations, ensuring seamless functionality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive leadership and oversight for the entire IT department, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Develop and execute a robust IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives, driving innovation and technological advancements.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage the IT budget effectively, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation across all IT functions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external vendors.
- Collaborate closely with data protection and information security officers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team, encouraging knowledge sharing, professional development, and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare and social services sector.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic IT plans.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Infrastructure Management (IIM), and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
