Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading projects focused on refining processes across production, preparation, and logistics.
  • Serving as a mentor and facilitator in the adoption of Lean methodologies, acting as the primary liaison for management and staff.
  • Applying Lean techniques such as Shopfloor Management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve our operational framework.
  • Organizing and conducting workshops, monitoring outcomes, and developing training programs to elevate the skills of both employees and leaders.
  • Engaging in the ongoing enhancement of our production systems and performing Operational Excellence Scans.
  • Defining key performance indicators to assess potential, prioritize actions, evaluate outcomes, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a technical or business-related field or an equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience in the implementation of Lean practices.
  • Completion of Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Lean Management training.
  • Exhibit independence, organization, initiative, and adaptability.
  • Previous leadership experience in operational settings utilizing Lean Management techniques is preferred.
  • Possess teamwork skills, dependability, strong communication abilities, and consulting proficiency.
