Position Overview

As a vital member of the Client Success team, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with our clients to ensure their achievements throughout their ServiceNow experience. Acting as a trusted consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their operational needs and obstacles.

We seek an individual who is dedicated to client success and employs their communication skills to cultivate robust client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and the account management team to enhance their post-purchase journey, driving usage, adoption, and overall client satisfaction through established services and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Client Success interactions for clients within your portfolio, identifying their needs and challenges
  • Lead the Client Success team and strive towards achieving desired outcomes for your clients
  • Organize meetings, track action items, and oversee overall client management utilizing our Impact Digital Experience
  • Inform clients about available resources
  • Create collaborative client success strategies
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure commitments are fulfilled and resources are effectively utilized
  • Advocate for ServiceNow client success narratives and methodologies
  • Ensure clients derive maximum value from their ServiceNow investments and licenses
  • Work alongside ServiceNow stakeholder teams to promote product adoption and growth
  • Provide internal updates regarding client status and address any concerns promptly
  • Collaborate and exchange insights with the EMEA Client Success Team
Qualifications

What Constitutes Success?

Recognizing achievements, both internally and for clients, contributes to a fulfilling work environment. While we provide comprehensive onboarding, you should possess relevant experience and skills to thrive in this position.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A commitment to nurturing client relationships
  • Fluency in German and English (C level)
  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in a consultative client-facing capacity
  • Capability to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • A preference for collaborative work across various functions
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • A creative, dynamic, and entrepreneurial approach
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow products or experience in the IT (SaaS) sector
  • Eligibility to work in Germany within the EU
