Mantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences recruitment firm partnering with a global Pharmaceutical organization to find a Regional Manager in a key role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive sales growth within the designated region
- Report to the Head of Sales and Operations
- Lead a team and oversee Sales and Business Development
- Act as a key point of contact for existing and potential clients within assigned region
- Communicate with clients to promote company offerings and build strong relationships
- Identify and engage with new potential clients and cultivate long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with sales teams from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
- Work closely with internal departments to provide high-level technical support and guidance to clients
- Demonstrate expertise in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences products and services, and maintain high client satisfaction levels through exceptional customer service
**Requirements:**
- Degree in a scientific discipline
- Experience in Sales and account management within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry
- Experience leading teams within Sales and Business Development
- Ability to communicate complex scientific subjects in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong communication and presentation skills
