Job Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative - Inbound to enhance our growing Global Sales Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing leads, profiling potential clients, and providing insights on effective campaigns. Collaborating closely with Sales Development Representatives and Field Sales professionals, your main objective will be to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support.

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Representative - Inbound is responsible for building a robust sales pipeline while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Engage with Marketing-generated leads to evaluate their potential for Sales opportunities.
  • Oversee all inbound leads to ensure they meet Sales acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute various demand generation initiatives.
  • Encourage attendance at company events and regional trade exhibitions.
  • Comprehend how ServiceNow solutions alleviate customer challenges.
  • Conduct research on target accounts for prospecting, including creating contact lists and mapping accounts.
  • Maintain accurate contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with necessary insights to understand opportunities and outline next steps.
  • Utilize our technology to effectively manage marketing leads.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A creative and customer-centric approach.
  • A foundational understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS products.
  • The ability to articulate ServiceNow's value proposition to clients.
  • Willingness to travel for training or meetings as needed.
  • Fluency in German, either as a native speaker or proficient.
