Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in our team located in Munich. Your contributions will significantly influence the digital interactions that users experience daily, as Adobe products are integrated into various aspects of online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on the Adobe Experience Cloud, a leading suite of marketing and customer experience solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming leads for Adobe Experience Manager, identifying client needs, and qualifying potential business opportunities.
- Engaging with existing customers to achieve and surpass demand generation targets through inbound marketing leads and targeted outbound initiatives.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, addressing their unique challenges and requirements.
- Generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads, utilizing Adobe's established sales methodologies.
- Meeting individual performance targets and adhering to service level agreements for marketing qualified leads.
- Collaborating proactively with the Adobe ecosystem to enhance client engagement.
- Overseeing all customer relationship management activities related to your accounts.
- Utilizing various communication channels and tools, including social media and outbound calling, to connect with prospects.
- Representing Adobe with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Ensuring compliance with Adobe's tools and processes.
Qualifications for Success
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with a strong understanding of SaaS applications, particularly in Content Management.
- Demonstrated personal drive, commitment to excellence, and adherence to high ethical standards.
- Proven track record in business development and sales success.
- Strong comprehension of business dynamics and decision-making processes.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, including CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- A genuine interest in advocating for Adobe's customers and the Business Development Group.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade effectively.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
