Ihre Rolle
Als Sales Development Specialist (all genders) bei acto arbeitest du eng mit unserem Gründer und dem Head of Sales zusammen. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in der Ansprache potenzieller B2B Kund:innen und trägst aktiv zu unserem Wachstum im dynamischen Data Tech Markt bei.Ihre Aufgaben
  • Leadgenerierung: Du identifizierst proaktiv potenzielle Leads basierend auf unserem Ideal Customer Profile und reicherst diese selbstständig an.
  • Kaltakquise: Du gestaltest den Erstkontakt mit potenziellen Kund:innen per Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn und baust Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträger:innen auf.
  • Vertriebspipeline Management: Du managest aktiv unsere Vertriebspipeline und unterstützt das Team beim Aufbau einer skalierbaren Vertriebsorganisation.
  • Teamarbeit: Du bist Teil eines ehrgeizigen Teams und hilfst uns, unser Angebot zu verfeinern, indem du Feedback aus deinen Interaktionen sammelst und analysierst.
Ihr Profil
  • Engagement: Du möchtest eine bedeutende Rolle in einem wachstumsstarken Data Tech Start-up spielen und teilst den Drang, neue Kund:innen zu gewinnen.
  • Fähigkeiten: Du hast Erfahrung im Cold Calling und hast bereits nachgewiesen, dass du Vertriebsziele erreichst und Entscheider:innen überzeugst.
  • Kommunikation: Du bist überzeugend und empathisch und kannst komplexe Themen verständlich vermitteln. Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1) und fühlst dich in einem internationalen Team wohl.
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrungen im SaaS-Umfeld oder in komplexen Vertriebsorganisationen ermöglichen dir einen Einstieg auf Senior-Level.
