DataGuard - Sales Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within targeted customer segments and industries, generating interest in our offerings.
  • Enhance outbound strategies to engage prospects with a customer-focused approach.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), value proposition, and sales process at DataGuard.
  • Engage professionally with high-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate across teams with the Go-To-Market group to streamline processes.
  • Partner with Account Executives to facilitate the transition from development to closing.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technology-related discipline.
  • Experience in a demanding professional setting.
  • Background in Go-To-Market strategies with executive-level client interaction.
  • Fluency in German, with English proficiency as an advantage.
  • Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
