Job Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative - Inbound to enhance our Global Sales Development team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assessing leads, profiling potential clients, and providing insights on the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns. Collaborating closely with Sales Development Representatives and Field Sales professionals, your primary objective will be to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support.

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Representative - Inbound is instrumental in building a robust sales pipeline while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Engage with Marketing-generated leads to evaluate their potential for Sales opportunities.
  • Oversee all incoming leads to ensure Sales acceptance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute multiple demand generation initiatives.
  • Encourage attendance at company events and regional trade shows.
  • Comprehend how ServiceNow solutions address customer challenges.
  • Conduct research on target accounts for prospecting efforts, creating prospecting contact lists and company/account mappings.
  • Maintain accurate contact information within the CRM, equipping the account team with insights to ensure opportunities are well understood and next steps are clearly defined.
  • Utilize our technology to manage marketing leads effectively.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A creative and customer-centric approach.
  • A foundational understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS products.
  • The ability to articulate the unique value of ServiceNow to clients.
  • Willingness to travel for training or meetings as necessary.
  • Fluency in German, either as a native speaker or proficient.
