Position Summary:
We are seeking a (SENIOR) PRICING ANALYST (M/F/D) - REGION CENTRAL to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to our pricing strategies and initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
As a Pricing Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the Pricing Manager in executing the GPO investment strategy and managing contracts/tenders.
  • Implementing customer pricing strategies and guidelines through continuous engagement with clients and the commercial team.
  • Providing robust financial analysis to support the GPO team in making strategic decisions.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team on various topics within established approval processes.
  • Acting as a business partner to the GPO and broader Commercial organization.
  • Monitoring pricing KPIs and developing strategies to mitigate price erosion.
  • Conducting price trend analyses and ensuring regular evaluations of contracts and pricing structures.
  • Engaging with the FP&A team to contribute to Actuals analysis and Business Reviews.
  • Supporting contract compliance in collaboration with GPO and the Commercial organization, ensuring adherence to Abbott's pricing policies.
  • Facilitating processes related to quote and contract creation in partnership with the EP Quotation team.
  • Contributing to the FP&A/Pricing team by sharing insights and collaborating across divisions.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A university degree in Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, finance, or consulting, with a focus on pricing; recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in managing relationships with commercial teams.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial forecasting and reporting systems; experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Ability to process and analyze large datasets.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • A proactive and self-driven approach in a dynamic work environment.
