Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated (SENIOR) PRICING ANALYST (M/F/D) for the Central Region. This role is integral to supporting the Pricing Manager in executing the GPO investment strategy and managing contracts and tenders. Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will assist the Pricing Manager in:
- Implementing customer pricing strategies and guidelines through ongoing collaboration with customers and the commercial team.
- Providing robust financial analysis to support the GPO team in informed decision-making.
- Acting as a business partner to both the GPO and Commercial organizations.
- Monitoring pricing KPIs and developing strategies to mitigate price erosion.
- Analyzing pricing trends and conducting regular reviews of contracts and pricing structures.
- Collaborating closely with the FP&A team on actuals analysis, business reviews, and ad-hoc requests.
- Ensuring compliance with pricing policies and guidelines in collaboration with the GPO and Commercial teams.
- Supporting the processes related to quote and contract creation alongside the EP Quotation team.
- Contributing to the broader FP&A/Pricing team through proactive engagement with colleagues across divisions.
Candidate Profile:
- A university degree in Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, finance, or consulting, with a focus on pricing; recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in managing relationships with commercial teams.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with financial forecasting and reporting systems; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A high degree of autonomy and adaptability in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
