Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated (SENIOR) PRICING ANALYST (M/F/D) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Pricing Manager in executing the GPO investment strategy and managing contracts and tenders. Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will assist the Pricing Manager in the following areas:
  • Provide robust financial analysis to support the GPO team in strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to navigate approval processes effectively.
  • Act as a strategic partner to both the GPO and broader Commercial teams.
  • Establish and track pricing KPIs to mitigate price erosion.
  • Conduct analysis of pricing trends and facilitate regular reviews of contracts and pricing structures.
  • Engage with the FP&A team to contribute to financial analysis and business reviews.
  • Support compliance with pricing policies in collaboration with the GPO and Commercial teams.
  • Assist in the creation of quotes and contracts in partnership with the EP Quotation team.
  • Foster collaboration within the FP&A/Pricing team across divisions.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • A university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, finance, or consulting, with a focus on pricing in the healthcare sector preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in managing relationships with commercial teams.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial forecasting and reporting systems; experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Ability to process and analyze large datasets.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • A proactive and self-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
