Job Overview

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a highly skilled SAP/ERP Quality Management Specialist to join its DIGITAL team. This role will contribute to the service delivery by the ERP Delivery Center, covering all German SAP ERP legacy and HANA platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the SAP MM-PUR and/or QM modules, ensuring best-in-class service quality and operational excellence.
  • Provide corrective and evolutive maintenance (Level 3 of support) for SAP systems, with the possibility to participate in large-scale projects.
  • Supervise, support, and coach other members of the SAP domain, organizing the SAP support domain and ensuring the application of SLAs.
  • Contribute to the Level 3 support for the respective functional domain (Procurement / Quality) and CR implementation/deployment.
  • Proactively manage solutions and interfaces with non-SAP products, ensuring alignment with the DIGITAL Business Partner Organization.
  • Evolve German AD ERP systems in the frame of enhancement procedures and projects, strengthening internal capabilities for detailed design and configuration.
  • Foster an open mindset to ensure excellent team work inside the DIGITAL organization and with business users.
Requirements
  • Proven functional skills in SAP MM-PUR and/or QM, with at least 3 years of experience in one of the modules.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • MM or QM certifications will be a plus.
  • ABAP skills will be a plus.
  • Customer and delivery-oriented mindset, with an open and continuous-improvement mindset to enable team work across teams.
