Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SaaS sales professional with a proven history of acquiring new business and enhancing relationships within existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in selling SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized business clients, with typical deal sizes ranging from $20K to $50K+ annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Research accounts to develop a strong understanding of how our technology can provide value.
  • Prioritize accounts across a designated territory to maximize pipeline and bookings.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in software sales within the DACH market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in both German and English at a business level.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends, particularly in mobile.
  • Experience navigating small organizations and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Prior experience in a startup technology environment is advantageous.
