About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team in Germany. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and driving revenue growth through the sale of our freelance marketplace services to small and medium-sized businesses in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and expand our customer base in Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives at all levels and in all industries.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, and ensure the conversion of leads into missions.
  • Collaborate with the Community team on client briefs and follow-ups to ensure a world-class service.
  • Support clients in their search to help them connect to our best freelance profiles.
  • Establish a long-term relationship with clients and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
About You
  • You have previous sales experience, ideally in a SaaS platform or marketplace.
  • You are fluent in German and fluent in English.
  • You are able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own.
  • You see yourself as a hunter and enjoy developing creative prospecting strategies.
  • You have a strong understanding of the tech industry and are able to establish and formalize the short, medium, and long-term needs of your customers.
  • You are a team player and are able to work in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.
