Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to create and deliver innovative products. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in the DACH region.

This is a full-time role in our Berlin office, where you'll work closely with our Commercial Sales Manager and other teams to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EMEA region
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in a similar role. If you have:

  • Experience in a B2B sales environment, with a focus on new business development
  • Strong knowledge of the design and technology industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German
