German Market Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team in Germany. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and driving revenue growth through the sale of our freelance marketplace services to small and medium-sized businesses in Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business and expand our customer base in Germany.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives at all levels and in all industries.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, and ensure the conversion of leads into missions.
- Collaborate with the Community team on client briefs and follow-ups to ensure a world-class service.
- Support clients in their search to help them connect to our best freelance profiles.
- Establish a long-term relationship with clients and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- You have previous sales experience, ideally in a SaaS platform or marketplace.
- You are fluent in German and fluent in English.
- You have a proven track record of prospecting and building pipeline on your own.
- You are a hunter and enjoy developing creative prospecting strategies.
- You have a strong understanding of the tech industry and its trends.
