**Job purpose**

Provide comprehensive PA support to the DGF Chief Commercial Officer, carrying out full secretarial and administrative duties
Support the team for managing and coordinating projects, coordinating functional communication and functional event management
Act as the administrative and organizational central "point of contact" for the department

**Principal accountabilities**
- Under general/limited supervision support delivery of administrative support processes and activities
- Coordinating and maintaining complex relationships in a multicultural / multilingual environment
- Delivery of professional and smooth-operation for required daily routines incl. diary management, meeting scheduling, travel planning, general office correspondence
- Preparation, organization or maintaining documents, presentations, files of a complex or confidential nature
- Act as main coordinator and interface for the global Marketing and Sales department
- Purchase Order Management for the department
- Supporting Communication, eg MnS bulletins/newsletters, MNS community calls, Marketing Campaigns etc.
- Smart Connect Editor for MNS pages/posts
- Leavers and joiners Support
- Others: Opportunity to agree on special tasks or projects on a voluntary basis

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Good networking skills and personal judgement
- Accurate with high attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proven time management skills, able to prioritize and organize well
- Fluent in English and German - both written and spoken, strong communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy, MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Pleasant, helpful attitude with a willingness to take on key tasks and small projects
- Vocational/specialized /technical certification
- More then 2 years experience
