**Job purpose**

Responsible for DGFF HR processes and policies for the DGFF Division, managing and advising on HR/policies, Global C&B processes and best practices to the DGFF Division and HR organization.

Driving annual C&B processes for DGFF executives/non-executives following global guidelines and policies.

**Principal accountabilities**
- Drive Year-end Processes for DGFF executives/non-executives (e.g. bonus and merit calculations, merit process)
- Design and implement the annual DGFF Global Goal Framework
- Manage the DGFF performance cycle (goal setting and goal achievements)
- Drive Long Terms Incentives (SMS, PSP) and Accrual processes
- Effectively drive annual Employee Opinion Survey process (EOS) in alignment with DGFF Divisional champion
- Effectively drive annual HR Quality Survey (HRQS) process in alignment with DGFF Divisional champion
- Support the LEADS process for DGF GHO in alignment with DGFF Divisional lead
- Ensuring consistency and completeness of data maintenance of data sources, lists and systems (e.g. SDH, HRGT/MyTW, CompConnect)
- Support and implement projects to improve HR / C&B processes as well as digitalization initiatives
- Be a key user and provide guidance for C&B systems
- Support DGFF Job Grading process
- Support Data Analytics and Reporting initiatives
- Responsible for managing Global C&B projects.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Subject matter expert of HR/C&B processes who applies advanced knowledge, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
- Drive independently global projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Dealing with Divisional complex/multiple topics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to deliver high quality outcome with attention to details
- Reporting and data analytics and tools knowledge
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Innovative and process improvement mindset & eager to learn and grow
- Diligent, structured and focused on process execution
- Flexible and supportive
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced facilitation skills
- Strategic thinking and project management skills
- Fluent in English
- Preferably grading process knowledge
- Experience - more than 4 years
- Exposure across key aspects of HR processes
- Business understanding
- Education level - Bachelor degree or equivalent experience/qualification
