Job purpose
The Global Head of Operations and Process, OMS is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of OMS. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong leadership to ensure that OMS Product's offerings are delivered efficiently, meet high-quality standards, and align with the overall business objectives. This role will focus on driving operational excellence and leading change management initiatives within OMS operations to deliver excellence across our business including operational performance, productivity, customer service and continuous improvement. In addition, this role is also responsible to deliver success across transformational change projects in our business aligned with the OMS Strategy 2030 deliverables.
Principal accountabilities
**Strategic Vision and Leadership**:
Develops and implements a global operations strategy aligned with OMS Strategy 2030 deliverables.
Provides clear, strategic direction to achieve long-term operational objectives.
Strong leadership in driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
**Operational Excellence**:
Ensures OMS Product's offerings are delivered efficiently and meet high-quality standards.
Implements best practices and industry standards across all operational functions.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
**Change Management Expertise**:
Leads transformational change projects to align with OMS Strategy.
Develops and executes comprehensive change management plans.
Ensures smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
**Performance and Productivity Focus**:
Monitors and improves operational performance through robust performance metrics.
Streamlines processes to reduce waste and improve overall productivity.
Achieves operational cost targets and financial discipline.
**Customer Service Excellence**:
Enhances customer service through optimized operations and service delivery.
Fosters a customer-centric culture within the operations team.
Ensures high standards of service consistency and reliability.
**Continuous Improvement**:
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement across OMS operations.
Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and innovation.
Implements corrective actions to address quality issues and operational inefficiencies.

Develops and manages the operations budget with a focus on cost control.
Conducts regular financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Aligns financial performance with overall business objectives.
**Global and Cultural Adaptability**:
Manages operations across multiple time zones and cultures.
Adapts to changing global market conditions and industry trends.
Ensures compliance with international regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years OMS experience
Proven experience in developing and implementing global operations strategies.
Demonstrated ability to provide clear, strategic direction and drive cross-functional alignment.
Strong leadership track record in managing large-scale operational functions.
Proven project management leadership and execution skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Extensive experience in ensuring product/service delivery meets high-quality standards.
History of implementing best practices and industry standards across operational functions.
Successful track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Significant experience leading transformational change projects.
Proficient in developing and executing comprehensive change management plans.
Ability to manage smooth transitions and ensure the adoption of new processes and systems.
Proven ability to monitor and improve operational performance through robust metrics.
Experience in streamlining processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Demonstrated success in achieving operational cost targets and maintaining financial discipline.
